Monday, February 21, 2022, is a federal holiday in the United States. Federal government offices, schools, banks, and other institutions are celebrating the holiday in recognition of the nation’s presidents. The holiday was originally celebrated on George Washington’s birthday, February 22nd. However, it slowly, over time became known as President’s Day. Afghan Report is also observing the holiday and will resume its normal publishing schedule after taking the day off.
